Position
Reporting to the Project Manager, the IT Functional Expert – RUN acts as a point of contact for application operations, particularly WMS, and the management and analysis of EDI flows in the context of process optimization and the implementation of changes requested by customers and sites.
Its missions:
- Qualify and manage functional changes (priorities, scheduling, testing, production launches).
- Optimize and configure business processes (receiving, preparation, shipping, inventory).
- Manage rights, application interfaces, and EDI flows.
- Provide RUN expertise: complex incidents, N2/N3 support, documentation, and reporting.
- Work closely with KAMs, the Lean Manager, and field teams.
- Contribute to projects on an ad hoc basis (Build → Run).
Profile
- Proven expertise in WMS (ideally Reflex/Shippingbo).
- Good knowledge of warehouse logistics processes and EDI flows.
- SQL appreciated.
- Rigorous, independent, service-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's to Master's degree – significant experience with a WMS (senior/expert profile).
