Position
The IT & Project Costing Manager plays a key role in responding to logistics tenders.
His responsibilities:
- Analyze customer specifications (flows, volumes, IT constraints).
- Define IT solutions: WMS, TMS, EDI/API, equipment, automation, reporting.
- Identify technical and organizational risks.
- Design the target IT architecture and scale the technical environments.
- Develop comprehensive cost estimates for IT solutions (projects, operation, licenses, development, support, training).
- Model cost assumptions and scenarios.
- Structure and standardize responses to calls for tenders related to trade and projects.
- Participate in client presentations.
- Support the upstream framing of projects and ensure financial monitoring of approved cost estimates.
Profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT & logistics, projects, and/or pre-sales.
- Solid expertise in logistics solutions: WMS, TMS, EDI/API, RFID, BI.
- Good command of information systems architecture.
- Understanding logistics flows.
- Ability to produce structured and reasoned estimates
- Rigorous, independent, analytical, and good interpersonal skills.
