Your tasks :
Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Receipt and analysis of incident and request tickets
- Clarification of requests if necessary
- Analysis and prioritization of requests (based on criteria: impact, time, etc.)
- Follow-up of incident handling (until resolution or escalation to higher levels)
- Installation, integration and updating of new equipment
- Drafting technical procedures
- Keeping computer equipment up to date for all Log'S SMEs
- Systematic analysis of incidents with the aim of continuously improving our processes
Technical environment :
Windows 11 / Office & label network printers / Radio frequency terminals
Active Directory / Manage Engine Service Desk & Desktop Central
LAN/WIFI networks
Profile required:
You have a minimum of 2/3 years' higher education in IT and/or at least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
You are responsive and curious, with good analytical and synthesis skills.
You have an excellent sense of service and the ability to work in challenging situations.
