Position
Under the supervision of the Workshop Manager, he or she gradually develops technical skills and contributes to the smooth
operation of production.
The work-study student participates in the workshop’s production activities, supporting the packaging and crating team. They learn to perform technical tasks while adhering to quality, safety, and deadline requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
– Assist in the manufacture of wooden crates and packaging
– Perform cutting, assembly, and installation tasks
– Assist in taking measurements of equipment to be packaged
– Read and understand simple drawings and manufacturing specifications
– Prepare the necessary materials and supplies
– Participate in vacuum sealing and technical packaging operations
– Package and label products
– Contribute to quality control of finished products
– Ensure compliance with safety rules.
Profile
– Interest in manual work and woodworking
– Basic knowledge of tools
– Motivation and a desire to learn
– Team spirit and attention to detail
– Technical curiosity and a serious work ethic
– CAP / Bac Pro / BTS in carpentry, wood construction, logistics, or a technical field
– Beginners welcome (prior workshop experience is a plus).
