Position

The Team Leader is responsible for managing the logistics activities in his or her area.

Control logistics activities

  • Adapt the necessary means and resources to the workload while respecting the budget and contractual customer commitments.
  • Manage and adapt team schedules and absences (sick leave, etc.) in accordance with current guidelines
  • Monitor and manage KPIs (safety, productivity, quality, responsiveness, etc.)
  • Guaranteeing quality of service and compliance with processes and production standards

Promoting safety

  • Guarantee safety by enforcing internal regulations and safety instructions
  • Participate in the analysis and reduction of workplace accidents

Managing teams

  • Unite and lead your team on a daily basis in order to guarantee its performance: ensure compliance with work regulations (working hours, rest periods, breaks, etc.), manage activities and time, set up local managerial communication (briefings, meetings), manage conflict situations, etc.
  • Welcome new employees and train the team to ensure compliance with processes
  • Propose continuous improvement actions (development, innovation and optimization of procedures and tools)
