Position
The Stock Manager is the guarantor of stock reliability.
He manages the entire inventory process, liaising closely with suppliers and carriers. It sets up goods storage and guarantees their availability.
Organization of internal inventories and activity monitoring:
- Organize logistics flows and manage merchandise inventories
- Monitor interface integrations
- Handling distribution anomalies
- Collect non-conformity information and track it by recording it in a database
Inventory management :
- Organize general inventories and analyze inventory discrepancies or lack of preparation on a daily basis
Warehouse, supplier and support interface:
- Monitor stock and replenishment pallet transfers
- Analyze supplier performance criteria and optimize commercial relationships
Operational support :
- Provide first-level support for technical anomalies and ensure proper use and optimization of the information system.
Reporting and process optimization :
- Formalize processes for using the various information systems, and manage updates
- Notify your line manager when deviations or anomalies are detected
- Monitor preparation errors and keep dashboards up to date (internal errors, customer service feedback, customer return errors, etc.).
- Participate in the development of corrective and preventive actions.

- Minimum level of education: Bac to Bac + 2 and/or a minimum of 2 years' experience in stock management in the logistics sector.
