Position
As a true partner to the Site Manager, you are responsible for ensuring employee safety, regulatory compliance, and the smooth operation of the facilities.
Lead the QHSE and Safety Initiative
- Promote a culture of safety among the teams.
- Monitor audits, action plans, and HSE indicators.
- Participate in the analysis of workplace accidents and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Update the Single Document and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ensure the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the food safety management system in accordance with the FSSC 22000 standard.
Ensuring Compliance and Risk Prevention
- Monitor regulatory inspections.
- Manage relationships with external organizations (CARSAT, Occupational Health, DREAL, regulatory agencies, etc.).
- Oversee prevention plans, safety protocols, and response procedures for outside contractors.
Oversee the site's maintenance and technical management
- Monitor technical and safety equipment: fire safety systems, fire extinguishers, fire hose reels, video surveillance, access control, electrical systems, loading docks, and automatic doors.
- Manage maintenance contractors and related contracts.
- Identify and implement measures to improve infrastructure.
Manage and support teams
- Facilitate managerial processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with all departments at the site.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in QHSE.
- At least 3 years of successful experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in the FSSC 22000 Standard
- Knowledge of ICPE regulations
- Experience in building maintenance and technical management is a real asset.
