Position
Reporting to the Site Manager, the maintenance technician's main responsibilities are:
- Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns and malfunctions in mechanical equipment.
- Monitor equipment operation and perform preventive maintenance on all industrial and automated equipment on site.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory inspections and applicable standards regarding facilities and safety.
- Apply and enforce safety guidelines, immediately reporting any dangerous situations or non-compliant equipment.

Propose and implement improvements to optimize machine performance and ensure their continuous optimal operation.
Profile
Profile required:

Significant technical training and experience (industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or equivalent)

Ability to quickly diagnose faults and respond effectively

Organizational skills, rigor and responsiveness.

Knowledge of maintenance tools and safety standards.
