Your tasks :

We are looking for our future Continuous Improvement Project Manager for our 2 sites based in Tigery and Réau (travel between the 2 sites is to be expected).

  • Carry out regular audits
  • Carry out diagnostics, identify areas for improvement and propose action plans
  • Design, plan and manage optimization projects
  • Carry out a value analysis and calculate the ROI
  • Conduct workshops with internal and external customers
  • Participate in drafting and updating operating procedures
  • Supporting operational teams in managing change
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Monitor and update performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain a technology and innovation watch.

Profile required:

  • Proven experience in the logistics sector
  • Very good knowledge of warehouse/logistics processes
  • Mastery of logistics auditing and project management methods
  • Facility with digital tools and logistics information systems (WMS)
  • Good knowledge of office automation tools
  • Desired qualities: ability to make proposals, proactivity, good interpersonal skills, ability to summarize.
