Your tasks :
Reporting to the Project Manager, the project coordinator takes part in setting up a warehouse using the pillars of project management. He/she coordinates and monitors the actions required to ensure that the project runs smoothly. He/she acts as a relay for the operational project manager.
- Participate in the planning and monitoring of the project to set up a warehouse
- Map activity at scale (Structure + Process + Flow)
- Produce process flow charts
- Drafting operating procedures
- Coordinate actions between internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure regular reporting to the project manager
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
- Monitor project performance indicators
- Prepare meeting materials and draft minutes
- Ensure compliance with procedures and standards in force
- Participate in the continuous improvement of project-related processes.
Profile sought:
- Knowledge of management tools (WMS) and logistics processes
- Mastery of project management tools
- Proficiency in office software
- Mastery of legal and contractual provisions in terms of labor law
- Ability to organize and respect processes
- Rigor, ability to cooperate with other departments, analytical skills (and ability to summarize), autonomy
- Initial experience or a degree in an industrial or logistics environment would be a plus
- 3 to 5 years' higher education in project management, logistics or equivalent.
