Your tasks :
- Carry out regular audits of flows and operations to identify areas for improvement
- Design, plan and manage optimization projects, including value analysis, ROI costing, implementation and results monitoring, with the help of associated support services.
- Interface with internal (sites) and external customers to understand needs, manage service commitments, and ensure smooth communication throughout projects.
- Suggest concrete optimizations in the use of operational management tools (WMS, dashboards, reporting, etc.).
- Raising team awareness of best practices
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Lead workshops and working groups.
Profile required:
- Proven experience in the logistics sector
- Very good knowledge of warehouse/logistics processes
- Mastery of logistics auditing and project management methods
- Facility with digital tools and logistics information systems (WMS)
- Good knowledge of office automation tools
- Desired qualities: ability to synthesize, analyze, good interpersonal skills (customer relations and interdepartmental work)
