Franck Grimonprez, President of the Seine-Escaut Alliance and founder of LOG'S, shares his vision and enthusiasm for the Seine-Northern Europe Canal project.

From our logistics site in Anzin, Franck Grimonprez, our president and now head of the Cercle économique de l'Alliance Seine-Escaut, shares his vision of a region that is moving forward thanks to river transport, in the service of a more sustainable future.

The Seine-Nord Europe Canal is a wide-gauge canal that will link Compiègne in the Oise department to Aubencheul-au-Bac in the Nord department. A central link in the Seine-Escaut waterway system, it will cross the Hauts-de-France region, enabling large-gauge barges to travel efficiently between France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
