Funidelia renews its trust in Log'S and extends its logistics partnership for five years.  

Funidelia, a major European player in online costume sales, has renewed its trust in Log'S for a period of five years. All logistics operations for France, Italy, and Switzerland will continue to be managed from the Saint-Didier-sur-Chalaronne site in the Ain department.

Founded in Spain and present in more than 32 countries, Funidelia has established itself as a leader in online costume sales, with an extensive catalog covering clothing, accessories, and licensed products (Marvel, Disney, Harry Potter, etc.).

With major peaks in activity around Halloween and Carnival, the brand relies on Log'S to absorb significant fluctuations in activity and guarantee the reliability of its deliveries.

Since its establishment in 2019, Funidelia has benefited from logistics support tailored to its e-commerce model and growth challenges. Impressed by the operational efficiency, agility, and commitment of the teams, the brand itself proposed to extend its commitment from 3 to 5 years.

A continuous improvement approach

Log’S supports the brand in its ongoing process improvement efforts with an annual “progress plan”: optimizing picking routes, reorganizing storage areas, proposing changes to certain IT features, adapting floor space, etc. This dynamic approach helps to improve both productivity and logistics costs.
