LOG'S announces the acquisition of VLC

Lesquin, November 25, 2019 - Log'S, an expert in logistics services, announces the signing of takeover agreements for Viapost Logistique Connectée (VLC), a subsidiary of La Poste Group specializing in connected commerce logistics and transport solutions.

Since 2017, Log'S has been committed to a 5-year strategic project, "Ambition 2022", the aim of which is to develop the company both nationally and internationally. This development must be accompanied by the evolution of the service offering for its current and future customers.

This acquisition is fully in line with this project, enabling Log'S to become a leading national player by acquiring logistics sites in the Auvergne-Rhône Alpes region, while consolidating its presence in the Hauts-de-France and Paris regions.

The acquisition of VLC, whose new trading name will be UpLog, enables Log'S to reinforce its expertise in e-commerce logistics and transport management. The latter is a key component of the company's strategic plan. Log'S is continuing to grow, and is nurturing its ambition to become one of the top 10 national logistics leaders.

Log'S Chairman Franck Grimonprez commented: "The merger with VLC will enable us to strengthen our territorial coverage and develop our offer for current and future customers.
