LOG'S acquires SPLE, a 3PL subsidiary of the Patoux Group

LOG'S announces the signature of agreements for the takeover of SPLE, a company specializing in logistics services for the industrial sector.

LOG'S announces further external growth with the acquisition of SPLE, a subsidiary of the Patoux Group specializing in B-to-B warehousing and preparation of specialized products for industrial customers in the food, pharmaceutical and glass industries. specializing in the B-to-B storage and preparation of specialized products for industrial customers in the food, pharmaceutical and glass industries.

The acquisition of SPLE is fully in line with LOG'S brand development strategy, to support the evolution of its service offering for current and future customers. This acquisition will enable LOG'S to strengthen its expertise in industrial logistics services, which now account for 25% of its business.

It also enables LOG'S to strengthen its territorial coverage by consolidating its presence in the Hauts-de-France and Picardie regions, and to consolidate its leading position in the logistics market north of Paris. 

This operation involves the takeover of 3 logistics sites: a 28,000 m2 site at Arques (62) and 2 sites of 15,000 m2 and 48,000 m2 at Villers-Bretonneux (80). 

These three sites meet the requirements of the agri-food and pharmaceutical sectors (ISO 22000 certification) and support their industrial customers through the deployment of logistics solutions tailored to their specific needs:

• Inbound and outbound logistics services for industry and distribution 
• Upstream and downstream transport
• Co-packing activities 
• Product labelling, repackaging
• Returns management
• Bag and Big Bag deconditioning (cracking station)
