A new dimension for the MOBIVIA and LOG'S partnership

The Mobivia and LOG'S partnership is intensifying at the 100,000 m² XXL platform in Meung-sur-Loire, to support the growing management of logistics flows for the Norauto, Midas, Carter-Cash and Auto 5 workshops and auto centers, all part of the Mobivia ecosystem.

The platform, which has been in operation for two years, handles all tires and spare parts for Mobivia's banners (over 35,000 items), including preparation for stores and e-commerce, returns management, after-sales service, in-store customer reservations, and hazardous materials management.

These first two years of collaboration have seen the transfer of goods and activities from the sites in Northern France, Lyon and the Paris region to the Meung-sur-Loire platform to centralize Mobivia's flows, destined for all the group's brands, workshops and stores (Norauto, Midas, Carter-Cash, Auto5).

In July 2023, the partnership between MOBIVIA and LOG'S will continue with the signing of a new contract, including the opening of an additional 20,000 m² site in the immediate vicinity of the current warehouse, to support the company's flow management and development, enabling greater agility and responsiveness in stock management. The site will also soon be launching new activities, such as the recycling of waste from the various automotive centers (batteries, light bulbs, exhaust pipes, etc.) and ancillary activities such as key duplication.

Recruitment

Over 200 employees have already been recruited at the site, and 50 permanent hires are planned for 2024 to support business growth, in positions such as team leaders, C1 order pickers and C5 forklift operators. Ultimately, the aim is to hire 400 people at the site.
From the beginning of 2024, a work-study policy for the site's support and operational functions will also be implemented.

Innovation

Within the framework of this partnership, innovation plays an essential role in supporting the Group's performance and development, but also in serving a CSR approach shared by both companies, with actions initiated with the aim of reducing their carbon footprint and serving the quality of working life for site employees.

These actions include :

● Installation of SAVOYE's X-PTS mechanized system

Installed in 2022, the X-PTS is a shuttle-based storage and retrieval system for spare parts
parts to the company's centers and workshops over an area of 10,000m². In addition to

● Automated shipment scheduling with ALKI

In 2022, DERET-LOG'S call on startup Alki to automate the scheduling of shipments
shipments on site. A decision-support tool developed using artificial intelligence, enabling the company to
optimize the company's transport plan and reduce its carbon footprint. It
also helps to reduce time-consuming tasks for employees, who can now
to concentrate on higher value-added tasks.

To facilitate access to the site for employees, a car-sharing system has also been set up in partnership with Klaxit, a specialized platform. This enables employees to share their journeys and reduce the associated costs, while limiting their ecological impact.

"Our partnership with Deret-Log's is intensifying to meet the new delivery standards expected by our customers.
