If you had to give one piece of advice to future work-study students, what would it be?
My advice to future work-study students would be to stay true to yourself and be authentic. It's essential to fit in with the team and show enthusiasm, but without trying to play a role. Sincerity and a willingness to learn are qualities that are highly appreciated. Don't be afraid to ask questions, even the simplest ones, because that's how we learn and progress. Be curious, open to feedback and ready to take on challenges, while maintaining a positive, professional attitude. Work-study is a real opportunity to grow, so make the most of it without losing your own personality.
