Maximilien MORIAMEZ GODET – Work-Study Logistics Technician
How would you describe your experience at LOG’S in one sentence?
A formative and dynamic experience that gave me hands-on insight into QHSE challenges in a logistics environment.
How has this work-study program helped you grow professionally?
It allowed me to develop practical skills in risk management, workplace safety, and continuous improvement, while gaining more independence and confidence in carrying out my assignments.
How involved do you feel in the company and its operations?
I feel fully involved thanks to the responsibilities entrusted to me, my participation in the site’s QHSE projects, and the fact that my work directly contributes to the teams’ performance and safety.
How would you describe the work environment at LOG’S in a few words?
A professional environment where everyone can find their place and grow.
What do you think of the support and guidance you’re receiving?
The support is structured and caring: I’m guided when I need it, while still being given the space I need to grow and take the initiative.
What motivates you to come to work every day?
The variety of tasks, the tangible impact of my work on-site, and the fact that I learn something new every day in the field.
What would you say to a student who’s hesitant to apply to LOG’S?
That LOG’S is an ideal environment for learning, developing professional skills, and gaining hands-on experience, especially in a field as practical as QHSE.
If you had to give one piece of advice to future work-study students, what would it be?
Don’t be afraid to ask questions, be curious, and get involved right from the start to make the most of this experience.

How would you describe your experience at LOG’S in one sentence?
My experience at Log’S has been positive; I’m learning more every day.
How has this work-study program helped you grow professionally?
Thanks to Log’S, I’ve acquired methodological skills that I can apply in the field.
How involved do you feel in the company and its operations?
Management made me feel at ease right from the start of my work-study program; feeling included and participating in continuous improvement projects makes me feel like I’m making a difference.
How would you describe the work environment at LOG’S in a few words?
The atmosphere at Log’S is warm—it feels just like home!
What do you think of the guidance and support you receive?
My supervisors support me so that I can succeed in my career goals; I feel guided and supported in my assignments. This is especially thanks to the availability of my mentor and manager.
What motivates you to come to work every day?
The fact that I learn something new every day and can come up with solutions for any issues I encounter.
What would you say to a student who’s hesitant to apply to LOG’S?
I’d tell them not to hesitate because it’s an experience not to be missed.
If you had to give one piece of advice to future work-study students, what would it be?
Be curious, because it’s through a curiosity to learn that you develop your skills.
