Coline VERLEYE BROQUART – HR Intern

How would you describe your experience at LOG’S in one sentence?
A very rewarding hands-on experience that gave me a better understanding of HR challenges and reinforced my choice of career path.

How has this work-study program helped you grow professionally?
This work-study program allowed me to develop my skills through a variety of assignments while gaining confidence, independence, and a professional demeanor.

How involved do you feel in the company and its operations?
I feel fully involved, actively participating in projects and working with different teams. I’m trusted and given autonomy, which strengthens my commitment on a daily basis and allows me to understand the company’s real-world challenges and contribute to them at my own level.

How would you describe the work environment at LOG’S in a few words?
A supportive, collaborative, and stimulating atmosphere that allows us to work together effectively.

What do you think of the support and guidance you’ve received?
I was lucky enough to have two mentors during my work-study program, both of whom were very attentive. Their support helped me gain skills and confidence.

What motivates you to come to work every day?
What motivates me is the opportunity to keep learning, the variety of tasks, and taking on new challenges.

What would you say to a student who’s hesitant to apply to LOG’S?
I would tell them that it’s a real opportunity to learn, grow, and develop their skills in an environment that is both challenging and formative.

If you had to give one piece of advice to future work-study students, what would it be?
Be yourself, trust yourself, stay curious, and take risks: it’s by taking the initiative and stepping outside your comfort zone that you truly learn and grow.

How would you describe your experience at LOG’S in one sentence?
A stimulating work-study program that allows me to develop my skills.

How has this work-study program helped you grow professionally?
My work-study program helped me become more independent, acquire new skills, and improve my interactions with the various people I work with.

How involved do you feel in the company and its operations?
I feel like I’m part of the team. They take the time to help me understand how my tasks work, while also giving me new responsibilities.

How would you describe the work environment at LOG’S in a few words?
Collaboration, responsiveness, and mutual support.

What do you think of the support and guidance you receive?
My mentor and the team are always available to answer my questions, while giving me the freedom I need to learn from my own mistakes. It’s the perfect balance for making progress.

What motivates you to come to work every day?
What motivates me is knowing that I can learn something new every day, but also the work environment.

What would you say to a student who’s hesitating to apply to LOG’S?
Don’t hesitate! The company helps you grow professionally and personally throughout your career.

If you had to give one piece of advice to future work-study students, what would it be?
Be curious, don’t hesitate to ask questions to understand what you’re doing, and get involved in the projects you’re working on.
