Log's arrival

At the age of 19, I began my career without any experience or qualifications, working for a major fashion retailer, where I have worked in a number of different jobs over the last 30 years. In 2020, this brand decided to outsource its logistics, and it was at this point that I joined the LOG'S teams, as did all my colleagues. After 30 years with the same company, I was a little apprehensive, and although the start-up of the business was sporty, my fears were quickly allayed thanks to the goodwill and spirit of solidarity that prevailed.

His job 

As Operations Manager, my mission is to ensure our customers' satisfaction on a daily basis. This means guaranteeing the quality of the service provided. The managerial side is also at the heart of my day-to-day work, with the aim of supporting our teams and helping them to grow. 

What she prefers  

Without a doubt, the challenge! Logistics is all about the unexpected, and it gives me great satisfaction to do my utmost to find solutions to the challenges that arise. This is made possible by the trust placed in me, which allows me to take initiative and grow. I'm also involved in team management on a daily basis. responsibility and one of the most gratifying tasks.

At LOG'S, what I like best is the solidarity shown by the teams, the mutual aid and the conviviality that reigns: the atmosphere is good and many events are organized for the teams, which I love to contribute to.
