Position
We are recruiting a QHSE assistant for our Tigery site.
Safety monitoring
- Contribute to setting up and leading 1/4h safety sessions.
- Assist with field surveys following TAs.
- Monitor safety action plans.
- Participate in internal safety audits and field inspections.
- Creation and provision of access badges
Organization & continuous improvement
- Support for the 5S approach (diagnosis, awareness-raising, action follow-up).
- Help restore and maintain work areas.
Environment
- Participate in waste management (monitoring waste streams, optimizing sorting, relations with service providers).
- Contribute to raising staff awareness of good environmental practices.
Documentary & regulatory follow-up
- Update QHSE documentation (procedures, instructions, displays).
Daily QHSE life
- Carry out field observations and report dangerous situations.
- Participate in internal awareness-raising and training (e.g. safety induction for new employees).
- Help set up QHSE indicators (dashboards).
Profile
- First experience in QHSE, including internship
- At least a bachelor's degree
- Good command of the office pack
