Position
Missions :
- Support operations managers in various tasks related to service management, as well as in human resources management pertaining to their activities (temporary staff, productivity, time tracking, etc.).
- Track productivity and profitability metrics using Excel and the company’s proprietary software.
- Manage projects and oversee their operational implementation across departments (inventory management, implementation of picking systems, productivity improvements, process management, etc.).
- Tracking KPIs and productivity: creating, implementing, and monitoring metrics for continuous improvement.
- Manage field teams in collaboration with operations managers.
- You will be assigned additional tasks based on your level of involvement, your ability to work independently, and the tasks you have successfully completed.
