Position

The WMS project manager oversees WMS integration projects for new customers or migrations for existing customers.

Its missions:

  • Lead workshops with operational teams to gather requirements.
  • Supporting business lines in making decisions about the organization of logistics flows.
  • Formalize the general functional description of projects.
  • Identify specific requirements and draft functional specifications.
  • Supervise developments, perform acceptance testing, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify and manage interfaces with existing systems.
  • Configure the WMS.
  • Define and monitor the project schedule.
  • Ensure budgetary monitoring.
  • Coordinate all internal and external project stakeholders.

Profile

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar position (WMS project manager, WMS consultant, logistics business analyst, etc.).
  • Proven experience in WMS/logistics project management.
  • Good knowledge of Reflex WMS.
  • Ability to work with operational and technical teams.
  • Organizational, cooperative, and coordination skills.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Proactivity and autonomy.
