Position
The WMS project manager oversees WMS integration projects for new customers or migrations for existing customers.
Its missions:
- Lead workshops with operational teams to gather requirements.
- Supporting business lines in making decisions about the organization of logistics flows.
- Formalize the general functional description of projects.
- Identify specific requirements and draft functional specifications.
- Supervise developments, perform acceptance testing, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify and manage interfaces with existing systems.
- Configure the WMS.
- Define and monitor the project schedule.
- Ensure budgetary monitoring.
- Coordinate all internal and external project stakeholders.
Profile
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar position (WMS project manager, WMS consultant, logistics business analyst, etc.).
- Proven experience in WMS/logistics project management.
- Good knowledge of Reflex WMS.
- Ability to work with operational and technical teams.
- Organizational, cooperative, and coordination skills.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proactivity and autonomy.
