Position
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Operations Manager's main responsibilities include..:
- Manage and optimize all warehouse logistics flows in line with customer commitments and budget.
- Define operating priorities, anticipate resource requirements, manage teams and supervise performance indicators (productivity, quality, lead times, stock reliability).
- Guarantee profitability, draw up and monitor budgets, analyze variances and profitability.
- Coordinate with internal departments, customers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, internal regulations and quality of service.
- Manage team leaders, support their skills development and contribute to the social climate.
- Monitor and comment on KPIs, manage the income statement, propose actions for continuous improvement.
- Lead projects to optimize, modernize, and transform logistics processes.
Profile
- Significant experience in logistics operations management, ideally in a similar environment with diverse flows.
- Management skills, performance management
- Proficiency with numbers, tracking KPIs, and data analysis
- Mastery of safety regulations and IT tools (Pack Office, WMS)
- Leadership, rigor, autonomy and proactivity
