How would you describe your experience at LOG'S in one sentence?
It's a rewarding experience that allows me to apply my theoretical knowledge as well as develop new practical accounting skills.
How has this work-study program helped you grow professionally?
This work-study program is helping me to improve my time management, autonomy and analytical skills.
How involved do you feel in the company and its operations?
I feel fully integrated into the team, I'm given responsibilities and I actively take part in various tasks in the business.
How would you describe the working atmosphere at LOG'S in a few words?
The atmosphere at LOG'S is professional and friendly, both within the accounting team and with the other departments.
What do you think of the support and supervision you receive?
My tutor is always available and willing to listen. My colleagues take the time to explain processes to me and answer my questions. My progress is regularly monitored.
What motivates you to come to work every day?
The variety of tasks, the learning and the good atmosphere in the team.
What would you say to a student hesitating to apply to LOG'S?
Don't hesitate, the company offers a dynamic and caring environment in which to learn and grow professionally.
If you had to give one piece of advice to future work-study students, what would it be?
To be curious, to take advantage of the fact that the various departments are centralized, it's an opportunity to understand how the company works as a whole. The teams are welcoming and ready to talk.

Emilie TRYOEN - Management Control Assistant - Lesquin
How would you describe your experience at LOG'S in one sentence?
My experience at LOG'S was great, because the highly collaborative culture and the trust I was given, even as an apprentice, really helped me to develop both technically and as a person.
How has this work-study program helped you grow professionally?
My work-study program at LOG'S enabled me to learn technically, thanks to the processes put in place and the support of my tutor. I've also been able to develop skills such as adaptability, project management and how to position myself in relation to different people and situations.
How involved do you feel in the company and its operations?
I feel fully involved in the company, because I've had the opportunity to play an active part in the department's decisions and projects. I felt like an integral part of the team.
How would you describe the working atmosphere at LOG'S in a few words?
The working atmosphere at LOG'S is collaborative, dynamic and stimulating.
What do you think of the support and supervision you received?
I was very well supported during these 2 years, with a tutor and a team who were able to combine support with autonomy. I was quickly able to take responsibility for a given area, propose and carry out projects, while benefiting from their support and advice to help me develop my skills.
What motivates you to come to work every day?
What motivates me to come to work every day is the variety of tasks and challenges that allow me to learn and deepen my knowledge of subjects on a daily basis. I'm never bored.
What would you say to a student hesitating to apply to LOG'S?
I'd say go for it, because LOG'S offers a great work-study experience where you can develop in a dynamic environment, while having the chance to actively contribute to the company's projects.
If you had to give one piece of advice to future work-study students, what would it be?
My advice would be to be proactive, ask questions and get fully involved in projects. You have to seize every opportunity to learn.

My experience at Log's has enabled me to grow and learn a lot professionally speaking, and to find my way.
How has this work-study program helped you grow professionally?
The work-study program has enabled me to develop my HR skills, become more autonomous and acquire a concrete vision of the professional world.
How involved do you feel in the company and its operations?
I feel involved in the company because they trust me, I've evolved over time in my missions and they give me autonomy in carrying them out.
How would you describe the working atmosphere at LOG'S in a few words?
A very good working atmosphere, with everyone getting on well together. You quickly feel part of the team and at ease.
What do you think of the support and supervision you receive?
I've benefited from very good support and supervision right from the start of my work-study program. My tutor has always been attentive and there to help me progress every day.
What motivates you to come to work every day?
The work atmosphere, the colleagues, the missions, it's never the same day, there's no routine.
What would you say to a student hesitating to apply to LOG'S?
Don't hesitate, because it's an enriching experience that brings so much to the table, both professionally and personally!
If you had to give one piece of advice to future work-study students, what would it be?
Take advantage of your work-study program to meet people, ask questions and build relationships that can help you in your professional career.
