Position
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Logistics Project Manager facilitates and strengthens the working relationship between our clients’ departments (Purchasing, Sales, IT, etc.) and our own operations teams. He or she maintains and challenges our clients’ volume forecasts, drives the continuous improvement process, and oversees business development and logistics projects.
A true project manager with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, he or she fosters collaboration among all stakeholders in our logistics and transportation chain, working to serve our customers and ensure our profitability.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing communication between customers and the website
- Information and Communication Regarding Client Projects
- Supporting customers in the implementation of new systems
- Facilitating steering committee meetings with all of our clients
- Project Management for the Site
- IT Project Management
- Management of our Key User (IT) contact
- Analyze situations to respond quickly
- Customer Data Analysis
- Implementation of an action plan
Profile
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, you are known for your organizational skills and attention to detail.
You know how to manage priorities, make the most of your time, and effectively track activities thanks to your ability to plan ahead.
You demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in carrying out your duties and ensure that activities are monitored closely and regularly.
