Continuous Improvement Project Manager

Position
You will identify, manage, and support continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing logistics processes and strengthening operational standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conduct performance audits and assessments.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose action plans.
- Design, plan, and coordinate optimization projects.
- Analyze the value of projects and measure their return on investment (ROI).
- Facilitate workshops and working groups with teams and clients.
- Help draft and update procedures and operating guidelines.
- Support teams in managing change.
- Develop and promote a culture of continuous improvement at the site.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor innovations and new technologies in the sector.
Profile
- A minimum of a three-year college degree in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
- Significant experience in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management and audit methods.
- Knowledge of logistics information systems (WMS).
- Proficiency in office software.
