Position

Its missions: 

  • Overseeing logistical transformations at the site and implementing action plans defined in conjunction with senior management, site teams, and support functions.

  • Functionally lead logistics audits and actions to improve performance and VHT, with monitoring of indicators and gains.

  • Coordinate the operational deployment of actions and the employees involved.

  • Contribute to the transformation of the site's implementation and lead change management in the field.

  • Operationally manage the relocation of customers to the future extension, ensuring business continuity, deadlines, quality, and performance.

  • Participate in WMS migration or upgrade projects and process adaptation.

  • Ensure the operational continuity of support services, implement decisions, and monitor the progress of action plans.

Profile

  • Solid operational knowledge of logistics and site management, with a good understanding of logistics flows and WMS processes.

  • Ability to lead action plans and support field transformations in a changing environment.

  • Basic knowledge of operational project management (support available from the support team).

  • Analytical skills, organizational skills, and versatility.

  • Interpersonal skills and leadership, with the ability to thrive in a context of profound change.

  • Bachelor's degree – Training in logistics, supply chain, transportation, industrial management, or equivalent – Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations.
