Position

Ensure basic configuration, resolve incidents, and serve as the primary point of contact for teams and the IT department.
- Support and train users and ensure that teams develop their skills.
- Identify development needs, participate in update projects and testing, and suggest optimizations.
- Monitor flows, ensure the reliability of data and indicators via dashboards.

- Mastery of logistics processes
- Proficiency with the WMS Reflex tool
- Rigorous, independent, able to work in a team and manage priorities.
