As logistics experts committed to corporate social responsibility and based in Angers (49), we ship goods both within France and internationally to individuals and businesses on behalf of approximately 40 clients, primarily e-commerce retailers from various sectors: apparel, cosmetics, home decor, baby care, and health and beauty products. Currently, this amounts to nearly 30,000 shipments per month.
We are actively seeking a logistics operator specializing in order fulfillment to join our team.
Position
In particular, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing for shipment the ordered goods.
1. Preparation:
- Picking Items
- Follow a picking route and complete the assigned orders using a scanner and a picking cart
- Order Packaging
- Pack packages or pallets by strictly following each customer's specific instructions.
- Order Shipping
- Print the delivery slips and shipping labels, then route the packages or pallets to the shipping area
2. CSR:
- Adhere to the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
- Follow the recycling guidelines
- Use packing material and adhesive in reasonable amounts
- Use as much recycled cardboard and packing material as possible to minimize the use of new materials
- Comply with the IT Policy
- Follow the guidelines for eco-friendly practices
- Contribute to mutual support within the team
3. Other:
- Help keep the premises and equipment organized and clean
- Provide backup for the inventory management team as needed
- Provide backup for the reception team as needed
Profile
- A passion for teamwork and versatility
- Diligence, focus, adherence to procedures
- Proven experience in a similar position
- CACES 1, 3, and 5 certifications are welcome but not required.
