Position

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Operations Manager's main responsibilities include..: 

  • Manage and organize day-to-day operations: prioritize tasks, allocate resources, monitor activities, and handle unforeseen issues.
  • Ensure productivity, profitability, and service quality within your area of responsibility by monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Supervise team leaders and support the professional development of the operations teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and, where applicable, service providers and subcontractors.
  • Help develop, monitor, and manage the income statement for your area of responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and internal regulations, and actively contribute to risk prevention.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment, in collaboration with management and Human Resources.

Profile

  • Significant experience in a logistics environment, ideally in a role with operational responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics processes, QHSE regulations, budget management, and performance management using key performance indicators.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of how WMS works.
  • Independence, attention to detail, a focus on results, leadership, proactivity, and a strong ability to adapt to demanding and ever-changing environments.
