Cléa DEZEURE – Work-Study Student, Operations Manager
How would you describe your experience at LOG’S in one sentence?
Educational, personally enriching, and challenging.
How has this work-study program helped you grow professionally?
It helps me grow through the responsibilities entrusted to me, as well as the autonomy and trust I’m given. I manage my own projects, select and communicate with the appropriate contacts, conduct research, and implement action and follow-up plans. On a daily basis, I develop my versatility, learn about a wide range of topics, and refine my organizational skills and proactivity every day.
How involved do you feel in the company and its operations?
I feel fully involved because I’m directly integrated into the operational challenges. My responsibilities have a tangible impact on the business, which certainly strengthens my sense of purpose and commitment on a daily basis.
How would you describe the work environment at LOG’S in a few words?
Friendly, dynamic, supportive, with a strong team spirit that fosters real cohesion among employees. Work-study students are quickly integrated and treated as full-fledged members of the team, which greatly enhances our experience at the company.
What do you think of the support and guidance you receive?
At LOG’S, no question goes unanswered. The staff are available, attentive, and always ready to help. Independence is at the heart of the work-study program, but it is supported by guidance that allows you to grow in the best possible conditions.
What motivates you to come to work every day?
Continuous learning, helping to improve the teams’ daily work, and actively contributing to the business’s performance.
What would you say to a student who’s hesitant to apply to LOG’S?
If you want to quickly take on more responsibility and develop your versatility, build your independence, and gain hands-on experience in the world of logistics, then LOG’S is an excellent opportunity.
If you had to give one piece of advice to future work-study students, what would it be?
Be curious, explore different professions, and try to understand how they work and what their day-to-day routines are like. This is essential for fitting in well and getting a handle on your environment. And above all, always be a driving force and take the initiative—that will always be appreciated.

Alexis MICLOT – Work-Study Project Coordinator
I joined LOG’S in early January as part of my bachelor’s degree program in Organizational Management, with a concentration in Project Management, in the project department under the supervision of Nicolas CEREZO. I was assigned to the position of work-study Project Coordinator on the LMWH project in Neuville-Lès-Dieppe.
How would you describe your experience at LOG’S in one sentence?
Working at LOG’S as a work-study student is a rewarding and stimulating experience, with excellent support for training.
How did this work-study program help you grow professionally?
This experience allowed me to learn more than I could have ever imagined about project management. I received hands-on guidance, which helped me gain a deeper understanding of the role I will take on as a future project manager.
How involved do you feel in the company and its operations?
I also feel very involved in the company, with the opportunity to see everything behind the scenes—something that isn’t necessarily possible in other organizations—and I think that’s a huge advantage for my training as a work-study student.
How would you describe the work environment at LOG’S in a few words?
Professional, stimulating, and family-like.
What do you think of the support and guidance you’re receiving?
The support and guidance I receive are top-notch, with dedicated staff who are always ready to offer help with various aspects of my training, and who, above all, take a genuine interest in our progress through regular check-ins.
What motivates you to come to work every day?
What motivates me to come to work every day is really that sense of belonging—being part of a major project built with the help of a close-knit team.
What would you say to a student who’s hesitant to apply to LOG’S?
Go for it! No matter how nervous you are, joining LOG’S is not a decision you’ll regret—it’s an experience you won’t want to miss, and it’ll be far better than working at most other companies. And I mean every word of that!
If you had to give one piece of advice to future work-study students, what would it be?
It would be to take full advantage of the resources available to you at LOG’S (within reason, of course), to get the most out of your professional experience. We have a tremendous opportunity for growth here that you might not find elsewhere, so you have to make the most of it! And above all, don’t hesitate to regularly discuss your training goals with your managers and colleagues—they’re there to listen!
