Your tasks :

Employee relations :

  • Supporting elected representatives in their work,
  • Preparing for and participating in CSE meetings,
  • Managing the BDESE,
  • Preparation and participation in upcoming negotiations (NAO, GEPP, Equality F/H),
  • Drafting of collective agreements and employment contracts.

Individual relationships :

  • Management of disciplinary procedures and collective litigation,
  • Plural legal research.

HR :

  • GEPP - Implementation of steering tools in conjunction with the HR Manager,
  • Internal communication (creation of media, legal information and distribution to employees),
  • HR assistance.

Profile required:

You are preparing a Master 2 in Labor Law or HRM, and are looking for a multi-disciplinary work-study program with an appetite for labor relations. You also recognize yourself in the following qualities:

  • Autonomy and versatility,
  • Very good organizational skills and thoroughness,
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills,
  • Team spirit,
  • Creativity and a taste for challenge
