Position
- Manage logistics flows according to customer priorities and constraints
- Check that operations comply with quality, safety and deadline requirements
- Manage team organization
- Manage and lead the operating teams in your area
- Ensure compliance with preventive measures to improve workplace safety
- Respond to customer requests and monitor satisfaction
- Act as a point of contact for solving problems with customers or suppliers
- Analyze indicators and suggest areas for improvement
- Implement corrective and preventive actions in the event of malfunctions
- Propose organizational and process improvement solutions
- Participate in cross-functional or improvement projects
Profile
- Skills in the rules governing various logistics flows (receiving, management, preparation, shipping)
- Team management and leadership (20 people in operations)
- Knowledge of WMS (Infolog if possible)
- Customer relationship management (reporting, KPI monitoring, dispute resolution)
- Mastery of QHSE and safety rules
- Rigorousness, autonomy, initiative
