Work-Study Programs at Log’S – Feedback #5

Here is the fifth installment of our employee spotlight series, featuring Eloïse and Sarah, two work-study students working at our company as Human Resources assistants for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Eloïse LOUCHEZ – Human Resources Intern

How would you describe your experience at LOG’S in one sentence?
My experience at LOG’S has been an enriching immersion that allows me to develop my skills and grow both professionally and personally.

How did this work-study program help you grow professionally?
This work-study program allowed me to move from theory to practice while developing my HR skills. I was able to become more independent, learn to manage my time, and gain insight into the professional world thanks to the responsibilities entrusted to me.

How involved do you feel in the company and its operations?
I’ve felt fully integrated and involved since I joined. The team trusts me and gives me autonomy in carrying out my HR responsibilities. I’m actively involved in the department’s day-to-day operations, which really makes me feel like my work has an impact every day.

How would you describe the work environment at LOG’S in a few words?
Collaborative, dynamic, and supportive. There’s a real sense of team cohesion; you quickly feel at ease, and the environment is very encouraging for learning.

What do you think of the support and guidance you receive?
I’ve received top-notch support since I started in July 2024. My mentor and colleagues are always attentive, available, and willing to teach. The regular feedback on my work helps me a lot to improve and build my confidence.

What motivates you to come to work every day?
It’s the variety of tasks and the opportunity for continuous learning. In HR at LOG’S, no two days are alike—there’s no room for routine. The positive work environment and seeing the direct impact of what I do are also major sources of motivation.

What would you say to a student who’s hesitating to apply to LOG’S?
Go for it—don’t think twice! LOG’S offers an ideal, supportive environment for growth. It’s a company that values its work-study students by entrusting them with real projects to help them grow professionally.

If you had to give one piece of advice to future work-study students, what would it be?
Be curious, proactive, and don’t be afraid to ask questions! Be yourself, share your ideas, and use this work-study program to build your network. You learn the most by getting fully involved and interacting with the teams.

Sarah JEAN-BART – Work-Study Student, Human Resources

How would you describe your experience at LOG’S in one sentence?
A unique experience where I have the opportunity to grow in a supportive environment, surrounded by a close-knit team, in a pleasant atmosphere, and working on interesting projects.

How has this work-study program helped you grow professionally?
Thanks to my work-study program at LOG’S, I was able to develop a forward-thinking HR perspective, deepen my understanding of people-centered values, and build my skills in key areas to prepare for the challenges of the future.

How involved do you feel in the company and its operations?
I feel involved because the tasks I perform allow me to actively participate in projects, in an environment where everyone’s input and contributions are valued.

How would you describe the work environment at LOG’S in a few words?
A caring and welcoming work atmosphere, combined with a stimulating environment that fosters professional growth.

What do you think of the support and guidance you receive?
I receive high-quality support from experienced and caring professionals, as well as from a mentor who is attentive to my needs, fostering responsibility, confidence, and professional development.

What motivates you to come to work every day?
What motivates me every day is working with people, continuously learning, and making a tangible contribution to the company’s operations and growth through HR initiatives.

What would you say to a student who’s hesitating to apply to LOG’S?
I’d tell them not to hesitate for a second. LOG’S is a real springboard into the workforce: the company offers a supportive, empowering environment and all the tools needed to succeed and build skills throughout the work-study program.

If you had to give one piece of advice to future work-study students, what would it be?
My advice would be to reach out to other work-study students and colleagues. Sharing experiences is very rewarding and helps you gain confidence, better understand the company, and makes it easier to integrate and learn on a daily basis.
