Position
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for implementing the Human Resources policy at their site in close collaboration with operations, in accordance with HR procedures. You will be responsible for Human Resources at two logistics sites located in Maubeuge and Douai.
Human Resources Administration:
Prepare pre-hire documentation; manage work schedules and absences; handle payroll and general HR administration (medical follow-ups, employee correspondence, etc.)
Disciplinary management and labor relations :
- Manage individual disciplinary proceedings in accordance with legal and contractual requirements.
- Ensure the preparation, organization, and follow-up of employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT, etc.).
- Participate in social dialogue and maintain relationships with employee representatives and labor unions.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and internal regulations, and maintain a positive work environment.
Recruitment/Training:
Participate in the recruitment processes for permanent and temporary staff and assist with the administrative management of the training plan and annual review campaigns.
Administrative Oversight:
Monitor and analyze HR metrics.
Communication:
Ensuring the flow of information: providing support and guidance to employees and managers, and serving as a liaison between the site and HR support.
Profile
- Strong knowledge of labor relations and labor law: supporting employee representatives, preparing for and following up on employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT), participating in social dialogue, and the ability to interact
- Proficiency with HRIS tools (ideally time management, temporary staffing, and payroll) and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in key HR functions: administrative management of employment contracts and payroll; legal and contractual provisions under labor law; recruitment processes; and Job and Career Path Management (GEPP)
- Knowledge of QHSE standards
- 2 years' higher education and at least 3 years' experience in HR management
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen, analyze and be rigorous
